Mortgage Complaints Bureau is regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of regulated claims management activities. Our authorisation number is CRM18039 and our registration is recorded on the Ministry of Justice website.
All companies offering a claims service which relates to financial products such as mortgages or payment insurance are required by law to be authorised by the Ministry of Justice.
